In short
MCP Positioning Intelligence is now live for PRO Paradisers. It is a TradingView indicator that reads the crowd. It shows whether positions are being opened or closed, which side the crowd leans to, and whether that lean is unusual. A machine-learning model built by the ParadiseTeam grades every crowd reading on every chart. It describes the crowd, never where price goes.
What is new?
A second indicator joins AI Indicators by MCP, next to MCP RSI Intelligence. Where the RSI reads momentum, MCP Positioning Intelligence reads the people behind the move. It combines open interest across the major exchanges, the share of accounts positioned long, and price. Then it names what the crowd is doing in plain words.
- The crowd line: the long-account share, against this market’s own usual balance.
- The columns: who is moving, candle by candle, and whether positions were added or closed.
- A three-line panel: the crowd’s side, what to expect from the lean, and who is moving.
- Probability points: on every timeframe, graded by a machine-learning model.
- Ten named situations and eight alerts, from late longs to redistribution.
What is different here
Most positioning tools stop at a ratio. This one asks who is moving and whether the lean is unusual for this coin. It also says plainly when the crowd tells you nothing about price.

Why did we build a positioning indicator?
Because the numbers traders watch most can mislead. A rising long/short ratio looks like new buyers, but it also rises when shorts close. Open interest tells the two apart. Rising open interest looks like strength, but new shorts raise it too. And on some coins a long-heavy crowd is normal, so an even split is the wrong yardstick.
The ParadiseTeam wanted one pane that answers the real questions together. Is new money arriving or leaving? Which side is it on? Is this crowd leaning further than it usually does in this market? And is anyone arriving late? Those four answers are what the indicator draws, and the panel puts them into words.
What does the machine-learning model do?
It grades the crowd’s lean. A machine-learning model built by the ParadiseTeam grades every crowd reading on every chart. A reading never shows more points than the ParadiseTeam’s measured research allows. A lit meter shows two to five points, and more points mean a more settled crowd.
The points grade the crowd, never price. Zero points does not mean nothing is there. The panel still names the crowd’s side and says whether the lean may stay that way or often swings back soon. On most charts the points change a few times a day at most, because a crowd’s lean changes slowly.
Why do the columns under the line matter?
They answer the question every positioning chart leaves open: same people, or new people? A column pointing up means positions were added, and a column pointing down means positions were closed. Purple marks long accounts, orange marks short accounts, and grey marks both sides moving together. A taller column means a stronger move.
So a tall purple column pointing up reads as new longs entering, and an orange column pointing down reads as shorts leaving. The panel’s third line says the same thing in words. When price moved too, it names the situation: short covering, long liquidation, longs chasing, or longs catching the knife.
A hollow column marks the divergence to watch. Price moved clearly while open interest fell, so the move ran on positions closing, not on new money. A covering rally or a liquidation drop looks exactly like that. The points do not change on it: it describes the move, not the crowd’s lean.
Is a positioning reading a trade signal?
No. A long-heavy crowd is not a sell signal, and a short-heavy crowd is not a buy signal. The indicator’s own hover answers the question directly: “Is that bullish or bearish for price? Not on its own.” It describes how accounts are positioned, so it belongs next to a level and a plan.
Where it earns its place is context. Late longs at resistance are a reason to check whether price is accepted above the level or rejected at it. Redistribution while price is flat is a quiet tell that the accounts changed while the money did not. Each is a place to look closer, never an order to place.
How do you get MCP Positioning Intelligence?
It is included with PRO Paradiser, as an invite-only script on TradingView. A free TradingView account is enough. Leave your TradingView username on your members’ page, and the ParadiseTeam adds the script, usually within a day. It then appears under Invite-only scripts in the TradingView Indicators menu.
Two pieces help you start. Our walkthrough of every line on the Positioning pane covers the crowd line, the columns, the panel and the alerts. The free class on open interest and the long/short ratio explains the ideas without any tool.

Frequently asked questions
What is MCP Positioning Intelligence?
It is a TradingView indicator in AI Indicators by MCP that reads the crowd. It combines open interest across the major exchanges, the share of accounts positioned long, and price. Then it names what the crowd is doing in plain words and compares the lean with this market’s usual balance.
Does it use machine learning?
Yes. A machine-learning model built by the ParadiseTeam grades every crowd reading on every chart. A reading never shows more points than the ParadiseTeam’s measured research allows. The model grades the crowd’s lean, never price, and the panel still describes the crowd when no points light.
Is a long-heavy crowd a reason to sell?
No. A crowd can stay long-heavy while price keeps rising. The indicator’s own hover says it plainly: is that bullish or bearish for price? Not on its own. Read the crowd next to a level, and ask whether price is being accepted or rejected there.
Who can use MCP Positioning Intelligence?
PRO Paradisers. It is included with the membership as an invite-only TradingView script, and a free TradingView account is enough. Leave your TradingView username on your members’ page, and the ParadiseTeam adds the script, usually within a day. It then appears under Invite-only scripts in the TradingView Indicators menu.
Does it work on spot charts and altcoins?
It works on most crypto charts, spot charts included. Where the data does not exist, the panel says so instead of guessing. On a coin with open interest but no account split, it reads “No account ratio here”. Some markets and unusual chart types show the reading in words only, without points.
