BitMEX, a cryptocurrency exchange, has launched Ether (ETH) services. Buy, convert, deposit, and withdraw are just a few options available. According to a news release from the company, 36 fiat currencies will be supported by ETH features. Users can also change their ETH currencies to USDT.

BitMEX, which was founded in 2014, has become a market leader in bitcoin derivatives. The company’s on-ramp services were first introduced in November. Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay are among the companies with which the company has formed partnerships over time.
The trading platform accepts a variety of fiat currencies, including the euro and the pound sterling.
BitMEX claims to have “put in a lot of effort” to add more coins. The crypto exchange, which ruled the 2018 bear market, suffered a dramatic fall after its founders were accused of failing to prevent money laundering by the US government. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission found that allowing US customers to trade cryptocurrencies violated the rules.
Since then, cryptocurrency has placed a higher priority on regulatory compliance, including mandatory know-your-customer (KYC) support. This, of course, has harmed the once-dominant derivatives exchange’s popularity.
BitMEX agreed to pay the CFTC $100 million in August. Former BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes and co-founder Benjamin Delo pled guilty to one count of breaching the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in late February, putting them on the verge of serving up to five years in prison. Both of them agreed to pay a fine of $10 million. They have previously said that they will dispute the claims made by the US authorities.
