Forbes recognized Flori Marquez for her outstanding contribution in the crypto industry. She is the co-founder of BlockFi, a crypto loaning company. Flori has featured in many initiatives that enabled her to realize her goal. Her objective has been to provide US-grade fiscal amenities to the unbanked worldwide.
Flori Marquez studied and graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors degree of Science in pre-law. She minored in Economics. She then got employed in the financial industry as a manager to alternative lending products since 2010 including BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital, Oak Hill Advisors L.P., among the list.
Together with Zac Prince, Marquez co-launched the lending platform, BlockFi, in 2017 and established its base in New York. BlockFi gives investors in the crypto market access to loans and lends out their assets to other users and get paid through postulated returns.
