On Wednesday, Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume unveiled an AI-powered NFT generator called “Bicasso” in beta, and within a few hours, it hit 10k mints.
On Wednesday March 1, Binance’s CEO notified his followers on Twitter of the “Bicasso”, informing them that their creative visions could be turned into NFTs using AI, adding that the AI-powered NFT generator is limited to 10,000 mints.
However, following it up after a few hours, Binance CEO said the first pilot just completed with 10k mints in less than 2.5 hours.
“Bicasso” is an AI-powered NFT generator similar to AI-art platforms like DALL-E, users can write creative prompts that will generate an image related to their request through AI, users can as well upload any image of their choice for the AI to work on.
As per data by initial mint, nearly 10,000 owners created a minimum of one NFT as part of the limited beta, these images are however not available for resale because they were part of the pilot.
Users Share their Creations on Twitter
Users of the newly launched AI-powered NFT generators could not wait to share the images they generated using the tool on Twitter, some of them implored others to try it out.
However, Binance said that due to demands, there were a few glitches and assured the community that it is “currently working to increase the server abilities to reduce errors and to make the minting process smoother.”
Furthering that those that missed out on the 10,000 beta quota can still as well sign up for the full version.
