Huawei partners with BitTorrent

BitTorrent, a leading torrent program purchased by Justin Sun of TRON in 2018, just opted into a coalition with Huawei. This has prompted the Chinese mobile phone and accessories company to add BitTorrent’s software and apps to numerous devices in its production line. Huawei mobile phones and devices are used in 170 countries around the world.

BitTorrent, via a press release circulated by CryptoPotato, revealed that the mobile phone company would install four leading software apps from a torrent platform to its smartphone factory apps. These apps include BitTorrent, BitTorrent Pro, uTorrent, and uTorrent Pro.

The inclusion will see to it that all three billion people using Huawei smartphones can get access to, as reported, the biggest and vastly spread decentralized program. They would be able to do so just using their mobile phones.

Persons using Huawei Mate series: 30 and 30 Pro, P series: 40, 40 Pro, or 40 Plus smartphones can benefit as they are the first devices Huawei is installing the applications. They can now access what is said to be a leading giant crypto program and share files on their mobile devices.

So far, BitTorrent has garnered over 100 million clients and has been downloaded and installed more than two billion times. This is based on reports based on research recently conducted.

TRON, a widespread project based on blockchain controlled by Justin Sun, took over ownership of torrent in 2018. TRON went further ahead to incorporate BitTorrent in its program. This was marked by the BTT token launch, which is the BitTorrent X network’s backbone and engine.

The collaboration between Huawei and BitTorrent is expected to take its toll on TRON. It is scheduled that a sovereign group in Singapore will lead towards the conception of a brand procedure to close the gap between the Huawei program and TRON platform using BTT and control capabilities brought by decentralization, for instance, BitTorrent File System (BTFS).

Justin Sun, the founder of TRON, posted his views on cooperation, saying that it is a significant step for both programs. He went ahead to praise Huawei, highlighting it as a top Android producer. This is not the first rodeo for TRON as it has before partnered with Samsung, a South Korean based behemoth.
