One of the California businesses headquartered in Marina, the Cardinale Automotive Group, which deals in quality automobiles, has added the meme coin, Shiba Inu (Shib), as a payment means through BitPay in all 22 car dealerships stores in three of the U.S states, namely Nevada, Arizona, and California.
This move was prompted following the realization of the car dealership company that the world’s financial system is transforming fast. Quite a lot of people now transact more using electronic currencies compared to cash. The acceptance of cryptocurrency is now inevitable. With this announcement, the dealership company is hoping that new businesses will be attracted to them.
John Guru, Corporate General Manager and Director of Digital Assets said:
“Our automotive group is very forward-thinking on their belief that cryptocurrency is the future and a hedge against inflation. We realize that almost all transactions are done electronically now. Rarely is anything done with cash and we strongly believe in digital assets.”
He also affirmed that the company will take the help of BitPay, of which BitPay will make the acceptance of cryptocurrency possible in their business.
He said: “BitPay manages the entire process turning the customer’s crypto into dollars deposited into our bank account the next business day.”
